Our recent study on remote work in Finland got featured in The Atlantic. The dataset for the study was collected in FutuRemote project were we surveyed the experiences of over 5,400 Finnish employees doing remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study shows how trust and other relational, structural and contextual factors are associated with adjustment to remote work during pandemic, and how these relationships are moderated by communication quality and communication technology use.
