Emotion@Work – Emotional online communication and its causes and consequences at work
The project investigates how emotional communication shared on visible organizational communication platforms impacts the work relationships of employees, their collaboration and wellbeing in hybrid, online work. Data is being collected from two collaborating organizations through interviews, observations, and surveys.
From CoCoDigi, Anu Sivunen, Ward van Zoonen and Iida Rekonen are working in the project. The project is conducted in collaboration with CoCoDigi and international partners between 2023–2026.
